Mechanism: Human-ON-the-Loop. Randomly route some small percentage of the AI-approved (high confidence) items to the team.
Result: This checks the checker. If the AI is confident but wrong, this is the only layer that will catch it. If the content can be improved, you should review your AI tool creating the content and/or refine your “First Layer of Defense”
